Dan Schulte – Currently the owner of Northwest Hotel/Motel Brokers, Dan has an extensive background in hotel/motel sales, franchise development, and commercial real estate.  He implemented and developed a commercial division for the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Montana.  While working for Hilton, Cendant, and Flagship Franchising, he was responsible for regional franchise development/sales of several national flags over the years including Red Lion, Ramada, Howard Johnson’s, Days Inn, Park Inn, & Motel 6.  Dan also owned/operated the Sherman Inn & Convention center, a full service hotel, lounge and restaurant in Wolf Point, Montana. 

 

Gregg Schoh – Currently affiliated with Land & Lake Realty in the Flathead Valley of Montana, Gregg is one of less than twenty Montana real estate brokers that is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  The CCIM network covers more marketplaces in North America than all major real estate companies combined and its members combined transactions total over $400 billion annually.  Over the last several years Gregg has specialized in commercial real estate brokerage selling office buildings, commercial development land, motels, and retail properties.  He is also very involved in the Realtor organization, having served on both the Montana and national boards of directors, which has enabled him to develop working relationships with many commercial brokers across the nation and abroad.  Gregg was one of the first Realtors in Montana to utilize the Internet for marketing real estate and has been a technology resource for Montana Realtors for many years.
